Elaine is very knowledgeable w/her previous experience in tutoring and academic guidance. She thoroughly research the subject matter whether it’s related to academic programs, summer enrichment, district related matters, college requirement and SAT/ACT preparation. We have benefited from her vast understanding and familiarity of academic opportunities available for my children such as free tutoring, talented youth/gifts youth programs, SAT prep, and HS internships. Thank you, Elaine, for all of your guidance.

Elaine Wong is a master of education with the kindest heart in the world. Not only has she repeatedly helped my children with their gaps in math and science but she has also helped me in my MBA Program. She has tutored me in Economics, Calculus and Linear Programing. She has recommended numerous programs that are free for my middle school kid and high schooler. She has a keen insight into what Universities are looking for her and how to prepare our kids for the future. She’s not your typical tiger mom. Her goal is truly singular- Keep your kids motivated! That’s a life lesson for all of us. When I get upset about my kids lackluster scores on state standardize tests, she talks me of the edge. She explains what those tests really show and she reminds me again, “we just need to keep the kids motivated. keep them learning.” Thank you Elaine for all that you do!

We have benefitted numerous times over that last 5 years from Elaine Wong’s vast knowledge of all things school related. Elaine, and School Kismet helped my son (12-13 years old at time) prepare to take SAT for an early college program that he was interested in. We have also received invaluable guidance with choosing appropriate classes, summer educational programs and internships, and even ideas on how to best prepare for scholarship opportunities in the near future. We are very thankful for the connection to School Kismet, and will be needing them even more soon.

Elaine Wong has a keen mind for helping students speak in their own voice to college admissions committees. She is gifted in helping students tell an authentic story, one that is meaningful and appropriate. She is also very attentive to details, including grammatical and word choice. I am grateful for her help.
